- To improve and optimize our Service.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To communicate updates, technical notices, or promotional offers (with your consent).
- To display LinkedIn Ads campaign performance data inside your private TrackScop dashboard, alongside data from other connected platforms.
3. Data Sharing
- We do not sell your personal data or third-party platform data.
- We may share necessary data with third-party service providers (payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools) solely to operate the Service.
- When you connect third-party platforms (including LinkedIn Ads), we access reporting data as authorized by you. This data is not shared with other users or third parties.
- LinkedIn Ads data retrieved through our platform is used only to provide dashboard and reporting features to the authenticated user who connected the account. We do not combine LinkedIn data with third-party datasets for profiling or resale purposes.
4. Data Security
- We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
- All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security).
- Third-party platform access tokens (including LinkedIn OAuth tokens) are stored using appropriate security controls and are never exposed to client-side code or publicly accessible endpoints.
- However, no online platform is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Cookies & Tracking
- We may use cookies to improve user experience and analyze performance.
- You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
6. User Rights
- You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data.
- You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
- You may disconnect any third-party integration (including LinkedIn Ads) at any time from your account settings.
- You may request deletion of all data associated with a disconnected third-party integration.
- You have the right to know what data is being accessed from your connected platforms.
7. Data Retention
- We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the Service or comply with legal obligations.
- Where third-party platform policies require specific retention limits (such as LinkedIn's data retention requirements), TrackScop will comply with those limitations and delete or refresh such data as required.
- Aggregated advertising performance metrics (such as campaign spend, impressions, and clicks) may be retained for historical reporting purposes unless the user disconnects the integration or requests deletion.

- We only access the data that you explicitly authorize through the OAuth consent screen.
- We use such data only for providing dashboard, reporting, analytics, and related features inside your private TrackScop account.
- TrackScop receives a token allowing limited access to the approved data. Such access can be revoked by you at any time by disconnecting the integration.

- TrackScop does not use LinkedIn integration to access personal LinkedIn messages, private conversations, connections, or unrelated member data.
10. Disconnecting Integrations & Data Deletion
