5. Third-Party Platform Integrations

TrackScop allows users to connect third-party services, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn Ads, and other marketing platforms, in order to access reporting, analytics, and dashboard functionality.

By connecting a third-party account to TrackScop, you represent and warrant that:

• You are authorized to connect and use that account.
• You have the right to grant TrackScop access to the relevant data.
• Your use of the connected platform complies with the terms and policies of that platform (including LinkedIn's terms of service for LinkedIn Ads).

TrackScop will use connected platform data only to provide the requested service functionality within the TrackScop platform. We do not use connected platform data for purposes outside of reporting, analytics, and dashboard features.

6. User Responsibility for Connected Accounts

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring that any third-party account connected to TrackScop is lawfully controlled or authorized by you.
• Maintaining compliance with the terms, policies, and legal obligations applicable to your use of LinkedIn Ads and other connected platforms.
• Reviewing the permissions granted when authorizing integrations.

TrackScop is not responsible for any unauthorized connection made by a user without proper rights or permissions.

7. Third-Party Platform Availability

Certain TrackScop features depend on third-party services and APIs, including LinkedIn Marketing APIs and Google APIs. TrackScop does not control and is not responsible for changes, limitations, suspension, deprecation, or discontinuation of such third-party services or APIs. TrackScop may modify, suspend, or remove related features if required by changes in third-party policies, technical requirements, or legal obligations.

8. Disconnection of Integrations

You may disconnect LinkedIn Ads or any other supported integration at any time from your TrackScop account settings. Upon disconnection, TrackScop will stop syncing data from the relevant platform and will delete related stored data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal or operational requirements.

9. Compliance with Platform Policies

You agree not to use TrackScop in a manner that violates the policies, terms, or usage restrictions of any connected third-party platform, including LinkedIn. TrackScop reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to integrations where misuse, unauthorized activity, or compliance concerns are identified.

10. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or inability to use them, including but not limited to damages arising from the unavailability or changes to third-party platform APIs or services.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
